II. REGULATORY
Application #17-01, Emily Hall (owner), Wayne Burritt (agent), 331 Black Rock Turnpike. Received 3/21/17. Discussion and possible vote on an application for a septic repair within the regulated area. Site Walk 4/01/17.

Application #17-02, Mrs. Villate (owner), James Howley (contract purchaser), 14 and 10 West Redding Road. Received 3/21/17. Discussion and possible vote on an application for a new driveway (#10) new well (#14), new septic tank (#14) and abandonment of old septic tank (#14) within the regulated area. Site Walk 4/01/17.

III. DISCUSSION
Request from Steven D. Trinkaus to have a tree planted in honor of his mother, Carmela “Dee” Trinkaus in the Saugatuck Falls Natural Area. Discussion 3/21/17. Site Walk 4/01/17
