Application #17-09, Guy Mazza, (owner), Dennis Carlson, A-1 Septic, (agent), 5 Wagon Wheel Road. Received 8/01/17. Discussion and possible vote on an application for septic repair with discharge to an existing swale which discharges to a down-gradient wetland area. Site Walk 8/07/17.
Application #17-10, Albert and Reghan Diaz, 67 Topstone Road. To receive and discuss an application to construct a swimming pool and removal of excess soil associated with pool construction within the regulated area.
