I.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Meeting of September 14, 2021
Site Walk of 9/19/2020, 36 Whortleberry Road

II. PRESENTATION. SCHEDULE SITE WALK AND PUBLIC HEARING

1. Subdivision Application #529, 36 Whortleberry Road. Yishaya Marks (owner), McChord Engineering Associates, Inc. (agents). Proposed subdivision of 12.763 acres into 3 lots. Received 8/24/2021. Site Walk 9/19/2021. Awaiting consultant’s report.

2. Georgetown Parking Area: Discussion of parking in the Main Street, Georgetown area and possible short term and long term plans for resolving parking shortage.

3. Referral From Zoning: 130 Pickets Ridge Road, John Carlson (owner). Request for a Special Use Permit for a shade/green house in excess of 2000 square feet ground coverage. Public Hearing scheduled for 10/13/2021.

III. ADMINISTRATIVE
PENDING:
1. Discussion of General Guidelines for Town Ordinances per Chairman. Discussion 8/24/2021. Commissions will present in detail proposed edits as a basis of consideration for a blight ordinance. Blight ordinance forum is scheduled for discussion at the 10/12/2021 meeting.
