  1. Call meeting to order
  2. Approval of December 20, 2016 Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes & MotionsPublic Hearing:
  3. Application #17-01-01 –33 Olmstead Road –Owner Matthew Flanagan (Map #11 & Lot #94)  – Request for variance to reduce Side Line (west) from 40’ to 9’; Side line (east) reduce from 40’ to 25’ and Rear Line; reduce setback from 50’ to 9’ for a Shed.  Section 4.6.5 of the Redding Zoning Regulations requires 40’ feet from the side and 50’ feet from the front and rear.  Variance requested is side line (west) 31’ feet; side line (east) 15’ feet; and rear line 41’ feet.
