3. Application 13-05-01 – 96 Fire Hill Road – Map 11 & Lot 114 – Owner/Agent: Neil and
Barbara Mulhern – Requesting two corrective variances for two (2) garden sheds. 1) To reduce the side yard setback for Shed #1 to 6’ feet 2) To reduce the side yard setback for Shed #2 to 17’ feet. Section 4.6.5 of the Redding Zoning Regulations requires a 40’ foot side yard setback in the R-2 Zone. The variances requested are 34’ feet for Shed #1 & 23’ feet for Shed #2.
4. Application 13-05-02 – 26 Winding Brook Lane – Map 21 & Lot 31 – Owner: Steven & Ellen Gold – Requesting a variance to reduce the side yard setback to 38 feet for a residential power generator. Section 4.6.5 of the Redding Zoning Regulations requires a 40’ side yard setback in the R-2 Zone. The variance requested is 2 feet.
