Request for a 50’ residential zone setback variance to install a 14’x30’ Pre-Fab Garage Building. Section 4.6.5 of the Redding Zoning Regulations. Variance requested is 22’ feet. Continuation from June 18, 2019 ZBA Meeting.

Application #19-07-01 – 96 Hill Road (Assessor’s Map No. #22 and Lot No.94 ) Owner: Town of Redding- Applicant: Redding Police Department – Request for a variance to reduce rear setback from 50’ feet to 5’ feet for Two Storage Sheds . Section 4.6.5 of the Redding Zoning Regulations requires 50’ feet rear setback. Variance requested is 45’ feet.’
