Public Hearings:
a. Application #05-01-22 – 32 Portland Avenue (Map & Lot #46 & 13)- : Owner Salvatore Pilato, 8 Olmstead Road, Redding , CT – Requesting to allow to make this building to have 6 One Bedroom units. Redding Zoning Regulations Section 4.2.3 (O) requires 8,000 square feet per each residential unit requesting to reduce to 6,282 sq.ft. per unit.
b. Application #05-02-22 – 361 Blackrock Turnpike (Map & Lot #15 & 02) Owner Rheba Flegelman & Steve Zweigbaum – Agent: Attorney Neil Marcus Cohen and Wolf, 158 Deer Hill Avenue Danbury, CT 06810 – Requesting a variance to reduce lot frontage from 50’ feet to 5’ feet for Above Ground Oil Tank. Redding Zoning Regulations Section 4.6. Variance requested is 45’ feet.
