Application #21-17Z – 613 Redding Road (Assessor’s Map and Lot # 13 – 23) – Owner: Polina Hochreiter. In accordance with Redding Zoning Regulations Section 5.12, request for a Special Use Permit to add an accessory apartment to an existing dwelling. If Public Hearing is closed: discussion/action.

In accordance with Redding Zoning Regulations Section 5.2 request for an Amendment to Site Plan approval for renovation of and addition to existing building. To receive. Decision cannot be made until this application has been approved by the Conservation Commission.
