Application #14-03Z – In accordance with Section 5.11.2 of the Redding Zoning Regulations: application for a Limited Duration Special Use Permit for Redding Garden Club to hold its 17th Annual Plant Sale. To be held at a new location: Lonetown Manor Museum & Historical Site at 43 Lonetown Road on May 10, 2014 from 9:00am thru 2:00 pm . Previously held on May 11, 2013 on the Redding Town Green. For receipt/schedule public hearing.
3. Application #14-04Z – In accordance with Section 5.11.2 of the Redding Zoning Regulations: application for a Limited Duration Special Use Permit for New Pond Farm – 101 Marchant Road – (Map 12 & Lot 79) to hold “New Pond Farm’s Hunt for The Hens”: tour of in-town chicken coops on May 31, 2014. Locations also include 95 & 175 Umpawaug Road, 72 & 106 Sandfordtown Road, 31 Sunset Hill Road, 34 Goodsell Hill Road, 258 Poverty Hollow Road, 331 Redding Road, and 15 Cross Highway.

Application #14-05Z – In accordance with Section 5.2 of the Redding Zoning Regulations: application for a Site Plan Revision for New Pond Farm – 101 Marchant Road – (Map 12 & Lot 79) to construct an approximately 200 square foot free-standing storage building.
