          PUBLIC HEARING

  1. Application #2015-28Z – 29 Giles Hill Road (Map #31 & Lot #110), owner Candace Benyei: In accordance with Sections 4.2.3, 5.2, and 5.14 of the Redding Zoning Regulations, request for Site Plan Amendment for installation of a 22’ x 30’ run-in shed and a 14’ x 21’ single-story addition to existing barn.  Received December 9, 2015: Public Hearing January 27, 2016.

      REGULAR MEETING:

  1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of January 13, 2016

  3.  Application #2016-06Z  -In accordance with Section 5.11.2 of the Redding Zoning Regulations: Application for a Limited Duration Special Use Permit for the Redding Historical Society, 43 Lonetown Road to hold a “Redding Rock N’ Roll Revival 2016” on Saturday July 2, 2016 with a rain date of Sunday July 3, 2016 from 3:00pm thru approx. 9:45pm. Previously held July 4th 2015.  For discussion/action
