1. Application 17-07Z – 130 Picketts Ridge Road (Assessor’s Map and Lot No. 11-3): John Carlson. Request for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Sections 4.2.3 (k) and 5.14.4, and Site Plan Approval in accordance with Section 5.10 for activities associated with allowed primary use of farming and horticulture and workshop accessory to dwelling. Received February 22, 2017; Public Hearing March 22, 2017.

Request for a Limited Duration Special Use Permit in accordance with Section 5.11.2 of the Redding Zoning Regulations to hold its “Annual Church Fair” on September 30, 2017 from 10:00am to 4:30pm. Previously held on September 24, 2016. For discussion/action
4. Application 17-11Z – 101 Marchant Road (Map and Lot #12 & 79): New Pond Farm. Request for a Limited Duration Special Use Permit in accordance with Section 5.11.2 of the Redding Zoning Regulations to hold its “Hunt for the Hens” tour of in town chicken coops on June 3, 2017 from 10:00am – 4:00pm. Locations include Church Hill Lane, Giles Hill Rd., Poverty Hollow Rd., Putnam Park Rd., Mountain Rd., Wood Rd., Umpawaug Rd.,& Sanfordtown Rd. Previously held on May 31, 2014. For discussion/action.
