REGULAR MEETING:

1.   Approval of Public Hearing Minutes 2-11-15
2.   Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes 2-11-15
3.   Application #2015-08Z – In accordance with Section 5.11.2 of the Redding Zoning Regulations: Application for a Limited Duration Special Use Permit for the Georgetown Village Restoration Inc. to hold its 13th “Annual Georgetown Day” on June 14, 2015 from Noon thru 6:00pm on Main Street in Georgetown.   Previously held June 8, 2014.  For discussion/action.
4.   Application #2015-09Z – Applicant:  Georgetown Land Development Co (GLDC), Georgetown Redevelopment Corporation (GRC) and Georgetown Special Taxing District (GSTD); Agent: Richard Gibbons.  Former Gilbert and Bennett Site: North Main Street and Portland Avenue.  Request for extension of approval of Master Plan Site Plan and Site Plan in accordance with CGS 8-3 as amended by Public Act 11-5. For discussion/action.
5.  Application #2015-10Z – Applicant: Ridgefield Motor Inn. Amrat  Patel President, 296 Ethan Allen Highway, Redding ( Map #35 & Lot #92) Architect/Agent: Arnold Grans, 110 Whitney Ave.,  New Haven.  Request for amendment Site Plan to add elevated walkway to existing building in accordance with request from Redding Fire Marshall.  For discussion/action.
6.   Application #2015-11Z – Applicant: New Pond Farm Education Center.  In accordance with Section 5.11.2 of the Redding Zoning Regulations: request for a Limited Duration Special Use Permit to hold the annual “Founder’s May Fair” on Saturday, May 16, 2015 (Rain  Date May 17, 2015).  Previously held May 17, 2014.  For discussion/action.
7.   Application #2015-12Z – Applicant: DNKL Tibetan Buddhist Center, 30 Putnam Park Road (Map #8 & Lot #22). In accordance with Section 5.11.2 of the Redding Zoning Regulations: request for a Limited Duration Special Use Permit to hold its “Annual Animal Blessing” to be held on June 6th, 2015 with a rain date of June 7th 2015 from 2:00pm thru 4:00pm and is open to the public.  Previously held June 7, 2014.  For discussion/action
8.   Application #2015-13Z – In accordance with Section 5.11.2 of the Redding Zoning Regulations: Application for a Limited Duration Special Use Permit for the Redding Boy Scout Troop #15 to hold its “Annual Spaghetti Dinner” at the West Redding Volunteer Fire Dept. Fire District #2, 306 Umpawaug Road (Map #13 & Lot #26) on Saturday May 2, 2015 from 4:45pm – 8:00pm.  Previously held on May 3, 2014.  For discussion/action.
9.   DISCUSSION:
-Possible amendments to the Redding Zoning Regulations:
·         addition of “self storage units” as a use in the SB Zone
·         extension of the moratorium on medical marijuana related uses.
·         amendment to Section 4.6.5 in table and notes to add the word “structure”.
