UPCOMING ELECTIONS IN REDDING

A Republican Party Primary for the offices of United States Senator and Representative in Congress  (4th District) will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. All voting will take place at Redding Community Center, 37 Lonetown Road from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. View ballot here.

If you are registered to vote in Redding, CT, your polling place is the Redding Community Center, 37 Lonetown Road, Redding, CT (behind Redding Elementary School). This is also the location for Early Voting.

On the day of the election, polls are open from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  If you are in line at 8:00 p.m., you will be permitted to vote. The dates and times for Early Voting are outlined below.

If you are already registered to vote in Redding and do not wish to change your party, or update your address, no further action is needed. To verify your registration and party, visit Voter Registration Lookup.

Thursday, July 25, 2024 – TABULATOR TESTING

The public has the right to be present to inspect the preparation, testing and sealing of the voting equipment. The voting equipment will be set up for the Republican Primary at 10:00 am at the Redding Community Center. NOTE: If this date needs to be changed, we will send out a blast with the Redding News and Announcements system.
