Marriage License for couples getting married in Redding

The Town Clerk’s office issues marriage licenses ONLY for individuals who will be married in Redding.  Please complete the worksheet (link below) and email to the Town Clerk’s office, and request  to schedule an appointment for issuance of the license, Mon-Thurs (9am-5pm). Both parties must apply in person. Photo identification is required. The license is valid for 65 days from the date of issuance.  There is no longer a premarital blood test requirement. The fee for the license is $50, payable by check or cash. Certified copies are $20 each.
