STOLEN: Letter from Insurance Company stating date stolen
TOTALLED: Letter from Insurance Company stating date totaled
DONATED: Letter from Charity indicating date received
OUT OF STATE: Copy of the Out of State Registration
JUNKED: Receipt from Junkyard
ODOMETER STATEMENT
LETTER from Insurance Agency stating the VIN # and when/why the vehicle was cancelled from the policy
TRANSFER OF PLATES: You Do NOT have to do anything; the vehicle will prorate from the old vehicle to the new one.
YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR PLATE REGISTRATION AT WWW. CT.GOV/DMV, You do NOT have to return plates.
TAKING A PHOTO OF YOUR DOCUMENTS WITH YOUR PHONE AND EMAILING IS ACCEPTABLE
