Others in attendance: Michael Ganino; Dworkin and Hillman; Linda Savitsky, Consultant; Leslie Zoll, Blum Shapiro; and Joe Centofanti, O’Connor Davies

Meeting called to order by Bill Alvarez at 3:00PM

Minutes of the December 5, 2016 meeting were approved unanimously.

Bill Alvarez gave overview of the project

Mike Hoffman provided three situations that have occurred recently: Boiler replacement, Excess Cost sharing application, and disposition of year end surplus

The Sub-Committee answered various questions raised by the consultants

Copies of Dr. Tom McMorran‘s report to be presented to the Redding BOE on March 7, 2017 will be provided to the Committee members and Consultants

Proposals are due back from the consultants not later than March 22, 2017

The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 27, 2017 at 7:00 PM. The starting time of the Regular meeting of the Board of Finance on that date will be moved to 8:00 PM
