The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m.
The purpose of the meeting was to hear appeals of property assessments for the 2015 Grand List.
The Board heard the following 2 appeals:

Appellants Opinion of Fair Market Value on October 1, 2012                      $750,000

Agent provided comparable listings to the property and discussed the conditions of each as it relates to 73 Farview Farm Rd.

Appellants Opinion of Fair Market Value on October 1, 2012                      $491,225

Appellant provided comparisons of the surrounding properties in the area. Appellant inquired about a residual factor for the wetlands on the property.
