The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting was to hear appeals of property assessments for the 2013 Grand List.

The Board heard the following appeal:

230 Lonetown Road
Total Assessment $365,900
Appellants Opinion of Fair Market Value on October 1, 2012 325,000
Appellant furnished documentation of appraisals of the property and values of comparable homes in the area to the Board.

The Board entered deliberative session at 4:13 p.m.

MOTION: Made by Mr. Stackpole, seconded by Ms. Leonard to apply a 10% functional obsolescence deduction to the main house. Carried unanimous.

MOTION: Made by Mr. Stackpole, seconded by Mr. Miller that no change be made in the assessment. Carried unanimous.

118 Black Rock Turnpike
Total Assessment $414,800
MOTION: Made by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Stackpole that no change be made in the assessment. Carried unanimous.

Appellants estimated Fair Market Value of 385 and 387 Rock House Road combined with adjacent Easton properties is $700,000.
Appellant furnished a survey map of the property. Appellant indicates the lot of land on 387 Rock House Road in Redding is unbuildable.

The Board will hear four scheduled appeals and deliberate on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. A motion to adjourn was made, seconded and carried unanimously at 7:24 p.m.
