The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.
There were five applications for appeals heard:
MV20-01:
William Levene, 9 High Ridge Rd, Redding:
2012 Toyota Highlander, assessed value $12,020
MOTION:
MV20-01: 2012 Toyota Highlander, assessed value $12,020
Upon motion of Mr. Stackpole and second of Mr. Bachmann, the Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $11,880 due to high mileage.
MV20-02:
Patrick Gerbracht, 175 Lonetown Rd, Redding:
2003 Toyota Highlander, assessed value $4,080
MOTION:
MV20-02: 2003 Toyota Highlander, assessed value $4,080
Upon motion of Mr. Stackpole and second of Ms. Gifford, the Board voted unanimously to reduce the fair market value $550 due to high mileage, changing the assessment to $3,692.
MV20-03:
Jeffrey J. Rawson, 228 Black Rock Tpke, Redding:
2006 Subaru Legacy, assessed value $3,750
MOTION:

Upon motion of Mr. Stackpole and second of Ms. Gifford, the Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $3,400 due to high mileage and excessive wear.
MV20-04:
Kathleen Heller, 8 Costa Lane, Redding:
2015 Toyota Siena, assessed value $10,800
MOTION:

Upon motion of Mr. Stackpole and second of Mr. Bachmann, the Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $10,170 due to high mileage.
MV20-05:
Kathleen Heller, 8 Costa Lane, Redding:
2008 Honda Odyssey, assessed value $5,250
MOTION:

Upon motion of Mr. Stackpole and second of Mr. Bachmann, the Board voted unanimously to make no change in the assessment.
The Board set the tentative date of the preliminary Real Estate Assessment Meeting for the Grand List of October 1, 2020 for Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.
Meeting dates for subsequent hearings were tentatively scheduled for March 2021:
Monday, March 8, 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Thursday, March 11, 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday, March 13, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Monday, March 15, 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Thursday, March 18, 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
