The meeting was called to order at 4:03 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting was to hear two scheduled appeals and to continue deliberations of property assessment appeals for the 2012 Grand List.
The following two appeals were heard:
11 Station Road

Appellant was present, as well as Agent and owner of 11 Station Road, Beth Stoltz. Appellant indicates that the horse is a 30-year-old thoroughbred that is being stalled at the property of 11 Station Road as a companion to a donkey. The Chairman explained to the Appellant that the assessment was the value of the property and not the tax owed.

Appellant/Owner was present. Agent, Mario Coppola of Berchen, Moses & Devlin, PC, submitted an appraisal of the property with comparable values of properties in the area to the Board. Agent indicated that the acreage on the property is not sub-dividable due to topography issues and lack of frontage.
