A meeting of the members of the Board of Ethics for the Town of Redding, CT (the “Board”) was held at Redding Town Hall, 100 Hill Road, Redding, CT 06896 on Monday, September 9, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. Chairman David M. Lewson called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m.
The following members were present:
David M. Lewson (Chairman)
Andrew Carman (Secretary)
Richard L. Emerson (Vice Chairman)
Joan DeSalvo
Sharon Hoverman
David Anderson was absent.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The minutes of the meeting on March 11, 2019, upon motion made by Joan DeSalvo and seconded by Andrew Carman, were approved unanimously.
FUTURE DATES FOR 2019 BOARD MEETINGS:
Monday, December 9, 2019
All meetings are scheduled to start at 7:30 PM.
NEW BUSINESS:
There was no new business submitted to the Board or raised by any member of the Board.
ADJOURNMENT:
As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:35 pm. The next meeting will be Monday, December 9, 2019 at 7:30 p.m.
