Board of Ethics 12/4/13

Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
Discussion for the replacement of Elaine Wyden who is leaving the area and Walter King who is a member of the Board of Education. Hank Bielawa was voted as temporary and then permanent chair person.
Susan Green was voted as vice chairperson.
Linda Koch voted as secretary.
A change in meeting dates was voted on and accepted which will be the second Monday in March, September and December. Hank will check on room space at town hall.
Linda will ask for a full time replacement from the RTC. Susan Green will request an alternative from the DTC.
Meeting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
