Present: Steve Gniadek (Redding Finance Director), Michele Grande (Redding Town Clerk), Julia Pemberton, Michael Thompson (via zoom), Margaret (Peg) O’Donnell
First Selectwoman Julia Pemberton called the meeting to order at 1:37 pm.
The Selectmen discussed the re-appointment of Lorcan O’Connor to the Park and Recreation Commission. The Selectmen thanked Lorcan for his excellent service on the commission and for agreeing to continue serving the town.
Motion was made to reappoint Lorcan O’Connor to the Park and Recreation commission for the term July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2024. O’Donnell, Thompson. Approved. Unanimous
Motion to adjourn to executive session for discussion of personnel performance at 1:39 pm Invited: Steve Gniadek. Michele Grande. Thompson, O’Donnell. Approved. Unanimous.

Employee compensation:
Motion: Move that the Board of Selectmen approve an expenditure $29,500 for one-time covid related employee stipends and merit-based salary adjustments as discussed in Executive Session. O’Donnell. Thompson. Approved. Unanimous.
