 Present (in person): Julia Pemberton, Peg O’Donnell, Michael Thompson, Steve Stafstrom, Ward Mazzucco, John Ford, Kim Yonkers.

Other public via Zoom.

  1. Call to order at 6:35 pm
  2. Motion: Move into Executive Session with Town Counsel Steve Stafstrom, Ward Mazzucco, John Ford and Kim Yonkers to discuss pending litigation. P. O’Donnell. M. Thompson. Unanimous.

Members of public put in waiting room.

  1. The meeting reconvened in public at 7:43 pm.

No action was taken as a result of the Executive Session.

  1. Motion to adjourn. P. O’Donnell. M. Thompson. Approved. Unanimous.
