The Commission started the site inspection by viewing the property from the existing driveway.  The area for the proposed house location was observed.  The proposed septic system location was also inspected.  The location of the wetland areas was noted.  The rainwater infiltrator area was located.  All locations had been staked.

The site inspection ended at 5:15 pm.

The Commission began its inspection in the driveway of the existing house.  Mr. McCoy led the Commission around the property, pointing out all the areas of construction activity.  All activity areas had been staked.  Mr. McCoy indicated some minor revisions had been made to the plan that would be incorporated into the site plans.

The site inspection ended at 5:50 pm.

The Commission located the painted line on the parking lot surface that is the proposed location for the new water line.  Gilbert Miller Brook  was observed flowing through the culvert that the water line will pass over.
