Present: David Pattee, Chairman; William Hill; Stuart Green; Joseph Beres; Tina Miller; Wallace Perlman.

Absent: Susan Robinson

The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

  1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES-Minutes of January 20, 2015

On the motion of W. Perlman and the second of W. Hill, the Commission voted to approve the 1/20/15 Meeting Minutes as amended:  Page 2, third paragraph, first line under “Application #15-02”, changed “referring” to “referred.”  J. Beres abstained.

  1. REGULATORY

Application #14-08, Old Stone Estates (owner), P.W. Scott (agent), 12 Marchant Road and 55 Chestnut Woods Road.  Received 12/2/14.  Discussion and possible vote on an application for regulated activities associated with a 14-lot subdivision. Site Walk 12/7/14. Discussion 1/6/15. Site Walk 1/11/15. Discussion 1/20/15.

No new information received.  D. Pattee noted that P. Scott is notifying the abutting property owners.

Application #15-02, Dennis Grimaldi/DMG Holdings (owner), Rich Grimaldi (agent), 13 Mountain Road. Received 1/20/15. Discussion and possible vote on an application to locate and rough out a driveway within the regulated area.

Discussion tabled pending receipt of new information.

III.    CHAIRMAN’S REPORT

  1. Pattee reported that per J. McLeran, there are approximately 120 trees larger than 4” diameter along the western border of the Couch Hill field.  Cost estimates for cleanup are being obtained.

Proposed bills for the new legislative session were reviewed.

  1. Ross is working on trail signs.

An update on the Biehn property is forthcoming.

On the motion of T. Miller and the second of W. Perlman, the Commission voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
