Present: David Pattee, Chairman; Susan Robinson; William Hill; Stuart Green; Joseph Beres; Wallace Perlman.

Absent: Tina Miller

The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

I.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES -Minutes of October 6, 2015

-Meeting of October 20, 2015-Cancelled

On the motion of W. Perlman and the second of S. Green, the Commission voted unanimously to approve the 106/15 Minutes as amended: Page 2, first item under “Chairman’s Report”, change “Norway Spruce” to “Norway Spruce and maple”.

II.    REGULATORY

Application #15-10, Gary Avery and Elizabeth Xavier, 123 Sunset Hill Road. To receive and discuss an application to construct a fireplace, firepit, patio, and pizza oven within the regulated area.

Mr. Avery was present. The proposed plan and photos of work already completed were reviewed.  A Site Walk is scheduled for Sun., 11/8/15 at 8:30 a.m.

Discussion Item: John McLeran, Open Space Manager, to update Commission on open space oversight, small parcels, and mowing.

J. McLeran updated the Commission on activities from the last year. Final compilation list of town-owned properties will be submitted to C. Keil for copies to be distributed to Commissioners.

S. Green reported that two signs have been stolen from Mohawk Trail.

III.       CHAIRMAN’S REPORT

D. Pattee reported on possible estimates/options for Lonetown Marsh boardwalk restoration/repair.

S. Green gave an update on funds required and collected for NRVT.

On the motion of W. Perlman and the second of S. Green, the Commission voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 9:15 p.m.
