The Commission began the site walk in the existing driveway, to the north of the location of the proposed dwelling. Mr. Quinn pointed out trees to be removed in that area and the stakes for the corners of the proposed dwelling. The Commission walked south, over the located of the previous dwelling on the property that has been removed; they observed the area of the proposed swimming pool. They then walked to the northeast of the proposed house site to observe the review area between the proposed house and the vernal pool on site.
The site inspection ended at 10:35 am.
