Motion: move to accept the minutes of the July, 2016 meeting as submitted. Schmitz, Taylor. Approved. Unanimous.
DISCUSSION TO THE ONGOING FORECLOSURE AGAINST GLDC
Mr. Lynch had no update on proceedings.
