Mr. Lynch called the meeting to order at 11:05 am in the Redding Town Office Building.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion: move to accept the minutes of the March 15, 2016 meeting as submitted. Schmitz, Taylor. Approved. Unanimous.
DISCUSSION TO THE ONGOING FORECLOSURE AGAINST GLDC
The judge has requested another extension to the time for his decision to first week August.
OTHER BUSINESS
Ms. Pemberton said she has gotten several inquiries about the status of the property. Mr. Lynch said she could give persons interested his phone and email address.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion: move that the meeting be adjourned. Schmitz, Taylor. Approved. Unanimous.
