Mr. Lynch called the meeting to order at 11:05 am via phone.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion: move to accept the minutes of the JULY 11, 2017 meeting as submitted. Taylor/Schmitz – Approved. Unanimous.
UPDATE ON STATUS OF COURT PROCEEDINGS
A mtg of all lien holders and the Town will be held later this month at court with all present working to understand the implications of all of the issues with the foreclosure and debt resolution. No further information on the status of negotiations.
