Minutes

Present: C. Lynch (by phone), F. Taylor, J. Schmitz (by phone)

Mr. Lynch called the Meeting to order at 11:04 am in the Conference Room of Redding Town Hall.

  1. Review of the minutes of the August meeting
  2. Discussion of any change in status of site development and foreclosure – no news or updates. GSTD does not have sufficient funds to actively defend its position in the Town of Redding’s foreclosure process. Requested assistance form other defendant parties, but none responded. The District has received a notice of default form the Danbury Superior Court.
  3. Discussion of status of site and creditors: We believe the Bond Holders are working towards a proposal for the site’s development future, but have no details.
  4. No other business for the Board

MINUTES of August Meeting – Motion to approve – Schmitz, Taylor – unanimous approval

Motion: move that the meeting be adjourned. Taylor, Schmitz. Approved. Unanimous.
