Present: F. Taylor, C. Lynch at Redding Town Hall & J. Schmitz (by phone)
Jeff Fogle (GLDC representative), Alex Soule (Danbury NewsTimes)
Mr. Lynch called the meeting to order at 11:17 am.
Discussion of Annual Budget
Mr. Lynch presented Annual Budget proposed at $1,945,457. Same Amount as 2018 Annual Budget.
As the representative of the sole property owner GLDC, Mr. Fogel approved the budget.
Annual Election of the Board of Directors
As the representative of the sole property owner, GLDC, Mr. Fogel nominated and approved for the board:
Chris Lynch – President
(vacant) – Vice President
Frank Taylor (representative of the Town of Redding) – Clerk
Scott Harrison – Treasurer
Joe Schmitz – Mmeber of the Board
ADJOURNMENT
Motion: move that the meeting be adjourned. Fogel/Schmitz. Approved. Unanimous.
The meeting adjourned at 11:21 am.
