ANNUAL DISTRICT MEETING
May 10, 2015

GSTD President Lynch called the Annual District Meeting to order at 11:16 am in the conference room of the Redding Town Office Building.
A Manager’s Certificate and Delegation of Authority from Rocco Trotta was received. Mr. Jeff Fogel was designated, pursuant to Section 5.1.7 of the Operating Agreement, for the task of attendance and voting at meetings of the Georgetown Special Taxing District.
NOMINATION OF THE 2015/2016 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mr. Fogel, the designated representative of Rocco Trotta, the managing member for the Georgetown Land Development Company, nominated the following board members for one (1) year terms, for the period from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017:
President, Chris Lynch
Vice President, vacant
Treasurer: Scott Harrison
Clerk, as nominated by Redding First Selectman Julia Pemberton, Frank Taylor
Board member: Joe Schmitz
Mr. Fogel approved the slate of officers as presented.
ACTION ON PROPOSED BUDGET FOR 2015/2016
Mr. Lynch presented the draft budget for the period July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 for $1,975,457. The only change in the budget was an incease for the cost for operating the wastewater treatment facility.
Mr. Fogel, the designated representative of Rocco Trotta, the managing member of the Georgetown Land Development Company approved the proposed 2015/2016 annual budget of $1,975,457 as presented.
Mrs. Pemberton asked if there were audits of recent years available. Mr. Lynch noted that GSTD does not have the funds for an audit and there has been very little financial activity.
Motion: move that the meeting be adjourned. Motion by Mr. Fogel. Approved
