II. Demolition Application- 46 Blueberry Hill Road
Ray D’Angelo presents to the Committee the demolition application for a circa 1950’s residence at this address. Preliminary research by the Land Use Office and the Chairman has not identified any ties to historical events or persons. Committee members have driven by the site and do not find the structure to be architecturally unique or significant. Matt Lecher is asked to draw upon his experience as a builder, and he comments that this looks like a tear down of a relatively modern structure. Matt Lecher motions that the house at 46 Blueberry Hill is not historically significant and that the Demolition Delay Ordinance not be enforced for this application. Seconded by Anda Cumings. All vote in favor. Ray D’Angelo will inform the applicants and the Land Use Office.
III. General Discussion
Raymond D’Angelo presents to the Committee for review various edits to the recently revised Demolition Delay Ordinance proposed by Land Use Officer Jo-An Brooks. He is to take these edits to Peter Olsen for a final review before the Committee will vote to accept.
Chairman Ray D’Angelo motions to adjourn. Matt Lecher seconds. The meeting is adjourned at 9PM.
