Ray reads aloud excerpts from an email from Stuart Reeve, who will later issue and official report. Stuart states that the building in question does not have historical or archeological value, and that it is his professional opinion that there is no basis upon which to institute a 180-day demolition delay. Aimee Pardee adds that during the visit, Stuart inspected the foundation for signs that it was part of the original structure at that site but concluded that what is on the property at this time is contemporary and beyond repair.
