Consolidated Spreadsheet Cost Update
Steve distributed the spreadsheet of Town Department capital requests for the upcoming fiscal year. It was agreed to highlight changes, both in cost and timing; and to continue to include 5 years on the schedule. Peggy will forward the updated Board of Ed schedule to Steve for inclusion.
Process Flow Discussion
Steve distributed a draft of the Long Range Financial Planning Committee Process document for discussion. After some minor changes are included, the committee agreed to implement the outlined process.
Next Meeting
The next meeting of the LRFPC will take place on April 18 at 5:00 PM
