Chair Wyss called the meeting to order at 9:37PM.
1. To Approve the Minutes of the OPEB Trust Board Meeting held on Monday, 11/22/2021
MOTION:
Mr. Mazzucco made a motion to approve the minutes of the OPEB Trust Board meeting held on Monday, 11/22/2021. Vice Chair Yonkers seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous, and the motion carried.
2. Public Comment
Chair Wyss opened the floor to Public Comment.
There was no Public Comment.
3. Investment Performance
MOTION:
Mr. Mazzucco made a motion to approve the December 2021 Charles Schwab investment statements. Vice Chair Yonkers seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous, and the motion carried.
4. Trust Funding Update
Discussion followed concerning future funding options. Chair Wyss discussed the information-gathering process from other Towns about their funding strategies.
5. Other Business
There was no other business discussed.
6. Public Comment
Chair Wyss opened the floor to Public Comment.
