Chair Wyss called the meeting to order at 8:11PM.

1. To Approve the Minutes of the Monday, 4/12/2021 Meeting
Chair Wyss suggested tabling this item because the minutes were not included in the materials for this meeting.

2. Public Comment
Chair Wyss opened the floor to Public Comment.

There was no Public Comment.

3. Meeting Schedule (Frequency and Time)
Discussion followed concerning the frequency and times for future OPEB Trust Board meetings.

MOTION:
Vice Chair Yonkers made a motion to meet at least twice a year approximately six months apart with additional meetings as needed. Mr. Mazzucco seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous, and the motion carried.

4. Amendment to the Fiducient Agreement

Kate Pizzi, Fiducient Advisors, addressed the BOF. She discussed how this amendment would allow Fiducient Advisors to complete pre-approved trades as an agent of the OPEB Trust Board.

MOTION:
Mr. Mazzucco made a motion to recommend approval of the amendment to the investment advisory and consulting agreement with the effective date of May 18, 2021 as presented. Mr. Miller seconded the motion. Mr. Gniadek asked Chair Wyss to sign the agreement and send it to Ms. Pizzi. The vote was unanimous, and the motion carried.

5. Subgroup for Long Term Planning
Chair Wyss asked members of the OPEB Trust Board to volunteer for the Subgroup on Long Term Planning.

The members are as follows: Jamie Barickman, Ed Miller, and Wes Higgins.

6. Public Comment
Chair Wyss opened the floor to Public Comment.

There was no Public Comment.

MOTION:
Mr. Barickman made a motion to adjourn. Vice Chair Yonkers seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous, and the motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:32PM.
