A quorum was not present.
Mr. Blick noted that he had a request from a resident to require parking permits for Topstone Park during the off season. This would discourage people from outside of Redding from using the Park. Mr. Jones and Ms. Alward discussed this, but no action was taken.
Mr. Jones stated that he had discussed the skate park with Aiden Sheahan and suggested that a user group should attempt to solicit the necessary funding. Mr. Blick will contact the Highway Department regarding the feasibility of providing space at the Community Center for a skate park.
Mr. Jones has also contacted Barry Blades regarding the drainage issues on the fields. Mr. Blades is looking at contractors for the work which would be done in the summer when the fields are dry.
A quorum was not present by 8:15 pm, so the meeting was closed.
