PUBLIC COMMENT
-None

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
-Motion to approve minutes from the April 1, 2019 meeting. Motion Graziano, O’Connor (second), unanimous.

DISCUSSION OF PREVIOUS BUSINESS
– None

DISCUSSION OF BROCHURE PRINTING
– Printing costs for the Park and Recreation brochures, which has not been raised in 3-4 years, will be going up. Changing the stock weight of the paper used for the brochure allows us to save a significant amount, while also allowing us to add some color to the brochure. The commission members all agreed we should pursue our new brochure design with the lighter weight and color added.

ADDITIONAL NEW BUSINESS
-Mr. Blick is working with the Garden Club to add a small shed for Garden Club members. The shed will house tools and equipment.

SUPPLEMENTAL PUBLIC COMMENT
-None

ADJOURNMENT
