Meeting Minutes

Present: Kevin Jones (Chair), Scott Palmer (co-Chair), Pete Graziano, Lorcan O’Conner, Mitch Edwards, Rob Blick

CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Jones called the meeting to order at 7:32pm

DIRECTOR’S REPORT
• Fields have finally opened after an extremely wet spring that limited their use.
• Topstone opened officially over the Memorial Day weekend.
• We have received a positive response to the offering of “Single Parent Family” Season Pass, and the addition of the Non-Resident Relative season passes, which are $25 for an adult and $20 for a child.
• Travel Camps are already at their 2018 numbers, spots in the camps are filling up fast.
• There was an issue with the water at the Community Garden over Memorial Day weekend, it has since been resolved.
• The Park and Recreation is working with counsel in an attempt to create a sustainable special needs policy.
• Topstone is fully staffed for the summer.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
-Motion to approve minutes from the May 6, 2019 meeting. Motion Graziano, O’Connor (second), 4-0-1, 1 abstain.

DISCUSSION OF PREVIOUS BUSINESS
– Skate park donations have continued to come in.
– Concert on the Green brochures have gone to the printer.
