Meeting Minutes

CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Jones called the meeting to order at 7:31 pm.
REVIEW OF DIRECTOR’S REPORT
-None
PUBLIC COMMENT
-None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM AUGUST 5, 2019
-Motion Carlson, O’Conner (second), 4-0, 1 abstain.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM SEPTEMBER 9, 2019
-Motion Edwards, O’Conner (second), unanimous.
DISCUSSION OF PREVIOUS BUSINESS
-Mrs. Carlson suggested some minor adjustments and improvements to the current brochure.
DISCUSSION OF PROPERTY WALK-THROUGH AT 27 STARRS RIDGE ROAD
-The Commission discussed in detail the feedback received from outside the Commission, as well as their thoughts and areas of concern.
-While many ideas were discussed, the Commission concluded the discussion in agreement that the town should attempt use available resources (Health Inspector, Fire Marshall, etc.) to begin inspecting the property and its facilities. Once preliminary inspections are done, the Commission can move forward in the process of determining what programming value can be brought to the town through the use of the property.
