Also present: Aimee Pardee, Land Use Director and Julia Pemberton, First Selectwoman
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
I. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
-Meeting of March 23, 2021
-Site Walk March 27, 2021
Mr. Barrett motioned and Mr. Gagnon seconded the motion to approve the 3/23/21 Meeting Minutes. The motion passed unanimously.
II. ADMINISTRATIVE
Request for Modification to Scenic Road: 224 Umpawaug Road. Owners: Robin and
William Bishop Revocable Trust; Robin and William Bishop, Trustees. Agent: Ross Nazzaro. Request to review and approve revised stone wall sample for installation at property line with street right-of-way. Discussion 3/23/21. Site Walk 3/27/21.
Mr. Gagnon motioned and Mr. Barrett seconded the motion to approve the construction of a stone wall along the front of the lot at 224 Umpawaug Road to be built in the manner and appearance of the sample wall, and to be built at a generally uniform 3’ height above grade while following any undulations of grade that may currently exist. The motion passed unanimously.
III. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT/DISCUSSION
Mr. Welles reported that final maps for the Town Plan of Conservation & Development are complete. The Georgetown Existing Conditions and Planning maps were screen shared in addition to the Land Use, Planning and Natural Features maps. Mr. Welles commended the mapping and planning consultants for their assistance.
On the motion of D. Barrett, the Commission voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 7:42 p.m.
