CALL TO ORDER
Mr. D’Agostino called the meeting to order at 5:47 p.m.

PUBLIC COMMENT
None.

BOARD MEMBER COMMENT
None.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM JULY 16, 2019 REGULAR BOARD MEETING
Mr. Reiss noted two necessary corrections: The total from six approved invoices should have been recorded as $76,812.15, not $80,812.15; and the approved invoice from S&P Global should have been recorded as $9,500.00, not $950.00.

Motion: move to approve the minutes of the July 16, 2019 Regular Board Meeting as corrected (Coppinger, Hancock). Approved 4-0-1. Graziano, Coppinger and Hancock abstained.

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: CAMPUS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT UPDATE
Mr. D’Agostino reported that the project is progressing on time and on budget, with a handful of timing exceptions that are not expected to have a significant impact. Mr. Reiss reviewed the financial status of the project to date, noting current invoices subject to Board approval.

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: APPROVAL OF INVOICES
Motion: move to approve Invoice No. 1 from A&J Construction in the amount of $521,208.00 (Coppinger, Denny). Approved. Unanimous.

Motion: move to approve Invoice No. 5431325 from U. S. Bank in the amount of $4,000.00 for services as paying agent related to bond issuance (Coppinger, Hancock). Approved. Unanimous.

Motion: move to adjourn the Region 9 Special Meeting. Coppinger, Denny. Approved. Unanimous.
