CALL TO ORDER
T. Johnston called the Region 9 Board of Education Special Meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.
RECESS TO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS ATTORNEY/CLIENT PRIVILEGED COMMUNICATION FOR FINANCIAL AUDIT RFP
Motion: move that the Region 9 Board of Education recess to Executive Session and invite Superintendent Dr. McKinnon, Head of School Dr. Almeida, and Board Counsel from the law firm of Shipman and Goodman Attorney Richard Mills (D’Agostino, Graziano). Passed. Unanimous.
The meeting recessed at 6:06 p.m.
RETURN FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR POSSIBLE ACTION ON ITEM DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board returned from Executive Session at 8:57 p.m. No action was taken.
