CALL TO ORDER
Mr. D’Agostino called the meeting to order at 8:04 p.m.

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: REPORT OF CAMPUS IMPROVEMENT ALTERNATIVES
A draft report by Gale Associates assessing the condition and possible improvement alternatives for various facilities had been previously distributed to the Board. John Perry, Chief Civil Engineer with Gale, presented the findings of the report. Facilities considered for renovation and/or improvement included: 1) stadium track, 2) tennis courts, 3) Barlow Drive, 4) front parking and drop-off area, 5) rear parking area, 6) southeast parking area near the baseball field, 7) paved walkway from the main building toward the stadium. Mr. Perry presented the current condition of these facilities, improvement alternatives, and associated costs, and answered questions from Board members.
Following the Gale presentation, the Board and administration held an extensive discussion of the possible scope of a package of improvements to be presented to the public for bonding at the May 2019 referendum. Given the range of opinions and in light of the absence of three board members, further discussion and a final decision on scope and cost parameters will be held over to the November 20, 2018 Regular Board Meeting.
