CALL TO ORDER
Mr. D’Agostino called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m.

None.
DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: CONTRACT WITH JBHS SUPPORT STAFF
Mr. D’Agostino reviewed the significant terms of a four-year agreement with the union representing Barlow non-certified staff, beginning July 1, 2019, noting that significant savings were projected to be realized by changing from a traditional health insurance plan to a High Deductible Health Plan with Health Savings Account (HDHP/HSA).
Motion: move to approve contract with the JBHS Support Staff as negotiated, and authorize the Region 9 Board Chair to sign the contract (Denny, Hocker). Approved. Unanimous.

Board members expressed thanks to the negotiating team, including board members and staff.

Motion: move to adjourn the Region 9 Special Meeting (Hancock, Denny). Approved. Unanimous.
