Attendees: Rich Regan, Chairman; John Fisher, Commissioner; Amy Atamian, Commissioner;
James Miller, Commissioner
Having established a quorum, the Commissioners present began a review of Documents related to the failed start-up of the Waste Water Treatment Plant on June 23, 2017. The documents contain a Cover Letter, Sequence of Events, and Attachments to be sent to the Layne Christensen Company claiming financial liability for their actions which resulted in the failed start-up of the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
After making minor changes to the Documents, James Miller motioned and Amy Atamian seconded a motion authorizing the Chairman, Rich Regan to sign the Cover Letter on behalf of the WPCC for transmittal to the Layne Christensen Company. The Commissioners present voted for approval of the motion.
With no further business related to the Agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 8:40 pm, August 3, 2017.
