Minutes of Emergency Meeting
Waste Treatment Plant, Georgetown

June 24, 2017. 10:00 am

Attendees: Rich Regan, Chairman; David Pattee, Commissioner; James Miller, Commissioner and Amy Atamian, Commissioner

Having established a quorum, the Commissioners present began an assessment of the potential damage to the Layne membranes resulting from a failed start-up of the Waste Treatment Plant on Friday, June 23, 2017.

In consultation with the Veolia Water, NA operator on site and a Layne representative, supplier of the membranes installed in October 2013, there was no conclusive evidence leading to a reason for the failed start-up.

By acclamation, the Commissioners present recommended that Veolia Water, NA contact Layne Water Resources and request on-site technical assistance as soon as possible.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:00 noon.
